Head of Fundraising

The Board of Cuore Chamber Orchestra are delighted to welcome Natalie McKeown to the organization where she will spearhead and drive the raising of vital funds for the delivery of our classical music concerts and educational outreach programmes.

Natalie has forged a career in fundraising alongside a multidisciplinary performance practice. An alumnus of the National Centre for Early Music’s Young Composers Award, Natalie holds a Master’s degree from the Glasgow School of Art and is a regular singer with several chamber choirs, alongside occasional solo engagements, visual arts exhibitions and residencies.

As a fundraiser and comms specialist, Natalie’s experience includes 12 years at a nationally-recognised grants fundraising consultancy, as well as leadership of communications at a tech start-up and 8 years on the Board of Directors at a local social enterprise.

Since 2023 she has held the role of Head of Development & Engagement at the Richard Shephard Music Foundation, providing strategic leadership across the Foundation’s fundraising, impact measurement and communications.

We warmly welcome Natalie on board and wish her every success and fulfilment in her new role within the Cuore team.
